James Anthony is a vocalist and actor with the good fortune to have performed wonderful arrangements from The Great American Songbook with the finest bands, Symphonies and fantastic directors in the USA and Canada. Raised in Las Vegas since 1967, James has witnessed some of the best entertainment in the showrooms of the old Las Vegas regime. Throughout the late '70s during high school, James worked in the very places that many of the stars performed such as the Circus Maximus showroom at the Caesars Palace as an usher during his teens and seeing such classic entertainment as Frank Sinatra, Donna Summer, Sammy Davis, Jr., Tom Jones, Elvis and more.
As a baritone singer, James is inspired by those immortal performances and he himself has reemerged as a vocalist with a new and intimate show performing as The Last Torch Singer. James Anthony's voice has a uniquely smooth resonant yet bright tone and has been called a Sinatra reincarnate. Together with his music director Carlos Lopez, they bring you a unique selection of the swingin' hits, powerful Broadway songs, romantic ballads and those ballads that tug at the heart strings known as the torch songs performing to sold-out performances.
James is a former RCA Records session artist and touring artist from the 80s, inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in Las Vegas and has returned to the music industry to share his unique vocal style that is becoming lost with time.
James' CD, Blue Again, but That's Life, was released in 2018 with sales and radio success.

A Nice Irish Poem To Say Hello:
"Come in the evening, come in the morning,
Come when expected, come without warning;
Thousands of welcomes you'll find here before you,
And the oftener you come, the more we'll adore you."
